Strength training can be defined as an exercise type that is designed to increase lean muscle tissue, improve structural strength, decrease excess body fat, increase endurance, and provide several additional physical and psychological benefits.
Session(s) and Meal plans are non-refundable. Payments must be paid upfront when booking your session. Session(s) must be used in one month of the purchase date. Clients have 24 hours book or cancel appointment. Less than 24 hours will result in loss of session. Consultation, Physician Approval, and Personal Training Agreement waiver must be completed, signed, and on file prior to the beginning of the first session. Session(s) will begin promptly at the time specified by the client and trainer and end from that specified time. LDYWDE Fitness reserves the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment, inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances. To reschedule or request a refund in these situations call 703-946-9050. Classes must be rescheduled within 14 days of cancellation. Fitness classes cannot be prorated. Refund requests received after the class has started will not be honored.
